Need to download the PL-500 - Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer - English (ENU) Certification.

Hi Team,

I took the PL-500 - Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification exam on Sunday (March 8th 2026). I have cleared the certification but i have not received the certification yet. Can you please guide me to download the certification.

Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

Certification exam results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile. After that time, the PL-500 certification can be viewed and saved as follows:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile and go to the Credentials area (Certifications tab):
   https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
2. Locate the PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification in the list.
3. Open the certification, choose View/Print, and use the browser’s print dialog to Save as PDF. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; viewing, printing, and saving as PDF is the supported method.

If the certification does not appear after 24 hours, contact certification support so the issue can be investigated and fixed:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
3. Complete the required profile details (if prompted), then return to the same link.
4. Ensure Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credential are selected, describe the missing PL-500 certificate issue, and submit the ticket.
