- Open a support request from Outlook.com
This path routes the case correctly under Outlook > Account/Billing > Consumer.
- Go to https://outlook.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- In the top menu, select Help.
- Type a short description of your billing or subscription issue.
- When help articles appear, scroll down and select Still need help? > Yes.
- Choose Contact Support.
- Follow the prompts to create a chat or email support request (availability varies).
2.If you cannot sign in to Outlook.com
Use the dedicated Microsoft account support entry point.
- Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
- Select Can’t sign in (if applicable) or Account & Billing.
- Follow the guided questions to reach consumer billing/account support.
- When available, choose Chat or Request a call back.
Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
