How to refund

I need a refund on my subscription that i dont even know, or even use.. you just re subscribe it yourself. What a scammers

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To request a refund for a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscription charge that is not recognized or not used, follow these steps:

1. Investigate the charge
   • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard to review recent charges and see which subscription they belong to: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2246882

2. Check refund eligibility
   • Refund eligibility for Microsoft subscriptions is determined after cancellation.
   • Follow the guidance in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription to see if the subscription and charge qualify for a refund. Not all cancellations result in a refund.
3. Cancel the subscription
   • Sign in to the Microsoft account that is being charged and go to Services & subscriptions.
   • Locate the subscription and cancel it. This is required to determine refund eligibility.
4. Request the refund
   • After cancellation, use the self-help refund tool for Microsoft 365 subscriptions: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2330260
   • Follow the prompts to submit a refund request if the subscription is eligible.
5. If the charge is still not recognized or there are issues
