Certification is not visible

I have completed my Azure fundamental AZ-900 certification on 20th March 2026, but the certificate is not even visible under Credentials.

Please check and provide my certificate.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab and sometimes longer over the weekend. The certificate cannot be checked or issued directly here, but the following steps resolve most “missing AZ-900 certificate” issues:

1. Confirm that the certification was actually earned
   • Verify that the required exam was passed by checking the AZ-900 exam result and ensuring it is a Microsoft certification exam (not just a course or learning path completion).
   • If unsure, review the certification/exam details to confirm requirements: see the certification and exam details pages listed under the credentials browse page.
2. Make sure the correct Microsoft Learn account is being used
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile.
   • Check whether multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (for example, a personal Microsoft account and a work/school account).
   • Try signing in with any other account that might have been used when registering for or taking the AZ-900 exam.
   • If the congratulations email for passing AZ-900 was received, use the profile link in that email and confirm that the same account is being used to sign in.
3. Check the Certifications area correctly
   • From the Learn profile, go to Credentials → Certifications and look for “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals”.
   • If the certification requires only AZ-900, the certificate appears only after the exam is passed; if it is not listed, treat it as a missing credential.
4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • For missing exams or certifications on the Learn profile, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check and fix the account and exam linkage.
   • Use the dedicated credentials support channel for issues like:
     • Passed exam but certification not visible
