I took exam on 2/26 and cleared, still I am not able to download badge. I can see completion certificate

Certification badges are managed through the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard, not through Microsoft 365 or Office apps.

To find and use the certification badge:

1. Go to your Certification Dashboard as described in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript. From there you can access badges via the badges/badging links provided in the dashboard.
2. If your dashboard links you to the badging experience, follow the guidance in How to Claim Your Digital Badge—and Why:
   • Look for an email from Microsoft or from Credly’s Acclaim platform sent to the email address associated with the certification.
   • If you cannot find the email, create/sign in to an account on the Acclaim platform using the same email address that Microsoft has on file for you; your badge will be available to accept there.
3. If you still do not see the badge even though the certification appears as completed, use Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the missing-certifications guidance to open a support request so the credentials team can correct your badge status.

Note that exams taken through Certiport do not currently appear in the Learn profile and must be managed separately via Certiport.
