- Are you using a personal account or work/school account?
- Are you referring to a Microsoft 365 subscription (Word, Excel, etc. online)?
If you're referring to Microsoft Office or 365 subscription and if it is a personal Microsoft account:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the account used to purchase
- Find your subscription
- Click "Manage" > "Cancel subscription"
If you don’t see a cancel option, it may already be set to expire, or billing is turned off.
