- Select "Get Home Support".
- In the search box, type a brief description of your issue.
- Select "Get Help", then scroll down and choose "Contact Support".
- When prompted:
- Under Products & Services, select appropriate products
- Under Category, select appropriate category
- Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" (during business hours) or a callback option if available, and explain your situation clearly.
