My certifications is missing.

I gave my Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification done in 09/28/2025. I forgot my credentials. I checked every possible emails but couldn't find. I found my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification. Is there any possibility to get certification downloaded?

Yes, the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification can still be accessed and downloaded/printed, even if the original email is lost, as long as the correct Learn profile and account are used.

Use these steps:

1. Verify the correct Microsoft account
   • Make sure the sign-in account matches the one used when registering for and taking the MS-900 exam.
   • If multiple accounts exist (personal, work, school), sign out of all, then try each one on Microsoft Learn until the correct profile with the certification is found.
   • If the exam might have been taken under a different profile, follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to try all possible accounts.
2. Check the Learn profile for the certification
   • Go to the Learn profile page and select Credentials in the left column.
   • Open the Certifications tab and look for Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
   • If it is not listed, follow the troubleshooting steps in Missing Exams or Certifications, including checking that the correct exam was passed and that the right account is used.
3. Access and print/save the certificate
   • Once the certification appears under Credentials → Certifications, select View certification details.
   • Use the Print option and then print to PDF or save from the browser. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; viewing/printing and saving as PDF is the supported method.
4. If the certification is still missing
   • If MS-900 does not appear under any account after following the above steps, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for account-specific investigation and help with missing certifications.

Note: The old Certification Dashboard and Credly-based downloads are no longer used; all current access is through the Microsoft Learn profile and Credentials area.
