lost my emails

i have lost 2 emails try to get them back one says cant prove who i am and the other never get a reply need to get both back as i need them one for my games on the xbox app on pc and the other for my doctors pls i need help to get them back

i have have done all it asks yes one is live and the other hotmail still cant do it the phone number is no longer in use thats why i used the 2 emails together and i did not do the app

This form may be more effective for accounts with Xbox subscriptions. To recover access to the two email accounts, use the official Microsoft account recovery process and provide as much accurate information as possible for each account separately.

1. First try the Sign-in Helper
   • Go to the Sign-in Helper tool: use the link provided in the article “Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.”
   • Follow the prompts to see if the account can be verified using existing security info (phone, alternate email, etc.).
2. If that fails, use the Microsoft account recovery form (ACSR)
   • Open the Microsoft account recovery form (ACSR) from the same article.
   • Do this once for each lost email account.
   • For each form submission:
     • Enter the email address you are trying to recover.
     • Provide a different working email address that can receive messages (this can be any active email, including a temporary Outlook.com address created from the Microsoft account sign-in page).
     • Answer as many questions as possible: old passwords, approximate creation date, services used (Xbox, Outlook, etc.), and any other details requested.
   • Microsoft will review the answers and respond to the working email, typically within 24 hours.
3. Important limitations
   • If two-step verification was turned on for an account and none of the verification methods (phone, alternate email, authenticator) are accessible, support agents cannot override security or send manual reset links.
   • If the recovery form is repeatedly rejected, and security info has been changed or removed, there may be no further way to regain that specific account.
4. If an account is compromised or security info changed
   • Follow the official “How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account” guidance referenced in the Q&A posts.
   • If the web recovery form fails, contact Microsoft Support via the “Contact - Microsoft Support” path described in the Q&A answers and choose the account recovery/security category.
5. For Outlook.com mail specifically (doctors’ emails)
   • Once access to the email account is restored, if messages appear missing:
     • Check the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled.
     • Check Deleted Items and use Recover items deleted from this folder if needed (within 30 days of deletion, using a computer).
     • Check Blocked senders in Outlook.com/Outlook on the web and remove any legitimate senders so future messages are delivered.

If one of the accounts cannot be recovered after multiple accurate attempts with the recovery form, create a new Outlook.com address and update the email on file with the Xbox account and with the doctor’s office so future access is not blocked.
