    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

The two charges likely come from separate Microsoft 365 subscriptions or closely timed recurring billing, not a single subscription being billed twice in error. To verify and resolve:

    1. Check for multiple subscriptions on the Microsoft account
      • Go to the Services & subscriptions section of your Microsoft account and confirm how many Microsoft 365 subscriptions are active, their product type (Personal/Family/Business), and billing dates.
      • If there are two active Microsoft 365 subscriptions, one of them should be canceled if it is not needed.
    2. Review your Microsoft order history
      • Sign in at account.microsoft.com/billing.
      • Select Payment & billing > Order history, then refine the date range to include February–March 2026.
      • Look for:
        • The Feb 21, 2026 renewal for $106.99.
        • The March 22, 2026 charge for Microsoft 365 Personal.
      • Confirm whether they are tied to different orders or subscriptions.
    3. Confirm charges are not catch‑up/late payments
      • If a payment was previously declined (for example, insufficient funds in PayPal), Microsoft may retry later. This can cause two payments to appear close together even though they cover different billing periods. Review the last few months of your order history and PayPal statements to see if there are more than the expected number of successful monthly/annual payments.
    4. Check if another Microsoft account is using the same PayPal
      • If you only see one of the charges in the order history for the account you normally use, go to Payment options in your Microsoft account and use Investigate to see if another Microsoft account (for example, a family member’s) is using the same PayPal funding source.
    5. If you confirm a duplicate or unwanted subscription
      • Cancel the extra or unwanted Microsoft 365 subscription from Services & subscriptions.
      • If eligible, request a refund for the unwanted charge following the refund/cancellation guidance in the support articles referenced below.
    6. If you still cannot match both charges
      • Use the Investigate option on the Manage your payments page as described in the “How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft” article.
      • If needed, contact Microsoft Billing Support directly so they can securely review the order numbers, invoice ID, and PayPal charges and process any necessary adjustments.

Because billing adjustments require secure access to account data, only Microsoft Support can confirm and correct any overcharge.
