how do I combine multiple msn subscriptions

I have ended up with several MSN subscriptions and would like to combine them.

Microsoft doesn’t support combining multiple subscriptions into one. They stay separate.

What you can do instead:

• Keep the one you want to use
• Turn off recurring billing on the others
• Let the extra ones expire or request a refund if the charge is recent

If they are on different accounts, they can’t be merged at all.

MSN or Microsoft 365/Office subscriptions and the Microsoft accounts they are tied to cannot be merged or combined into a single subscription or single account.

What can be done instead depends on the goal:

1. Keep using one subscription and cancel the others
   • Sign in to https://account.live.com with each Microsoft account that has a subscription.
   • Go to Subscriptions/Services.
   • For the subscriptions that should no longer be used, select Manage and then Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing so they expire at the end of the paid period.
   • This stops duplicate charges but does not merge data or benefits between accounts.
2. Keep multiple email addresses but pay for only one subscription
   • Cancel the extra subscription(s) as above.
   • Continue to use all email addresses separately in Outlook or in a unified inbox (for Outlook mobile, use the All Accounts view so all mail appears together).
3. Share one Microsoft 365 Family subscription instead of having several
   • If one of the subscriptions is Microsoft 365 Family, it can be shared with up to 5 other people, each using their own Microsoft account and email.
   • Sharing does not link or merge accounts or data; it only shares subscription benefits.
4. Understand account/alias limits
   • Microsoft personal accounts cannot be merged, and purchases, data, or balances cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another.
   • An existing Microsoft account address (such as an Outlook.com address already used as a Microsoft account) cannot be moved to or merged into another Microsoft account.

To avoid data loss, cancel only the subscriptions that are not needed and leave the underlying Microsoft accounts in place unless certain there is no important data, purchases, or services attached.
