Password Trouble

When logging into email account it says the password is incorrect, I go through all of the options and it says no back up recovery email. When I go through the steps to reset the email it even says the email is invalid. However, it is not invalid as it is an active email. How can I get access to change the password. I have sent information in regarding recent emails sent, tiles of emails, and it comes back not approved insufficient information.
