Unfortunately, there are no other options to recover the account.

You may check these guidance notes on how to fill out the form: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-4dd8fef1-33d2-4fbe-9352-66127ab9b50e

Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding you in short period of time and regret for a delay in response.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

If you do not have any linked verification methods for a password reset, I'm afraid the only way to recover the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If you didn't receive the results from the account recovery webform, please try submitting another request via Incognito/InPrivate window and using different devices and network services. Then please check your email inbox, junk, and spam folders.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to assist you with manual recovery, unblock, and escalation for this case, as stated in this article, that they are not permitted to send password resets, access, or even change any details on the account:

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Password resets for personal Outlook/Hotmail/Microsoft accounts are fully self-service; support agents and forum contributors cannot manually reset passwords or access accounts.

To try to get back into the personal email account:

    1. Use the account recovery flow
      • Go to Recover your account: https://account.live.com/password/reset
      • Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
      • Follow the prompts to receive a security code and set a new password.
      • Tips from the guidance:
        • Make sure the email domain is correct (for example, .com vs .co.uk).
        • Check for spelling differences in the name part (for example, rachel vs rachael).
        • If the email isn’t recognized, try another alias or phone number on the account.
    2. If codes or methods are not working
      • If none of the listed recovery options work, select the option like I don’t have any of these (where available) and complete the recovery form with as much accurate information as possible (recent contacts, subjects, etc.).
      • If you hit daily limits or lockouts, wait the required cooldown period (typically about 24 hours) before trying again, and avoid repeated attempts during that time.
    3. Use the sign-in helper if still unable to sign in
    4. Contact Microsoft Support (for guidance only)
      • Go to the Microsoft Support contact page: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2300955
      • Enter the problem (for example, “Microsoft account password reset” or “Can’t sign in”) and select Get Help.
      • If offered, choose Contact Support, then select the appropriate product/category and use chat or callback if available in the region.
      • Important: Support agents cannot send password reset links or directly change account details; they can only guide through the existing recovery options.

Direct outreach from a technician to reset the password is not available for security reasons; recovery must go through the automated tools and forms above.
