Hey,

I wanted to play Forza Horizon 5 after I got a new PC and I can't download it. Every time I try, it says "Something went wrong, try again later". Well, I keep trying every couple of days and It never works. I searched everywhere and can't figure it out. Please help

Error 0X80070490 when installing a Microsoft Store game like Forza Horizon 5 usually indicates a Store or Gaming Services issue. Try these steps in order:

1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
   1. Press Windows key + R.
   2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
   3. A blank Command Prompt opens; after ~10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
   4. Try downloading Forza Horizon 5 again from Microsoft Store.

   1. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
   2. Find Microsoft Store, select the three dots → Advanced options.
   3. Select Reset.
   4. Restart the PC and try the download again.
