Microsoft on-premises server product that runs Office Online.
Hi @Aditya U
It seems there may be two different interpretations of “Microsoft access” in your question, so I’ll clarify both:
1.If you mean CSP (Cloud Solution Provider Program) access
In this context, “access” refers to access to the Partner Center portal and CSP tools, not the Microsoft Access application.
To obtain this access:
-Your organization must first enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (Microsoft Partner Network)
-Then apply for CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) authorization
-Microsoft will review your eligibility as part of the onboarding process
-Once approved:
- Your organization will gain access to Partner Center
- Administrators can assign roles and grant access to users within your tenant
This is a company-level onboarding process, not something an individual user can enable on their own.
You can read more at Apply for the Cloud Storage Partner Provider program | Microsoft Learn.
As a forum moderator and fellow user, I can help confirm how the process works and point you to the official guidance, but access approval itself is handled entirely by Microsoft.
2.If you mean Microsoft Access (the database application)
-Microsoft Access is a Windows desktop application.
-It is included in some Microsoft 365 plans (for example, Microsoft 365 Apps for business or enterprise), but not all.
-It must be installed locally and is not available as a browser-based app.
If this is what you need, you should check whether your current Microsoft 365 subscription includes Access, or work with your admin to assign an appropriate license.
I hope this helps clarify the situation.
