    Hi! Let me help you.

Have you tried a hard reset?

    Power off the PC normally.

Unplug the power cable from the wall or power supply.

Press and hold the Power button again for another 10–15 seconds to drain any remaining power.

    Wait about 1 minute.

Plug the power cable back in and turn the PC on normally.

Robotic or distorted sound is usually caused by a faulty, outdated, or corrupted audio driver, or by the wrong audio device/format being used. Since driver updates and basic troubleshooting did not help, try these targeted steps:

    1. Update or reinstall the audio driver via Device Manager
      1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, then select it.
      2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
      3. Right‑click your sound card or audio device (for example, Realtek, Intel, or your headset) and select Update driver.
      4. Select Search automatically for drivers and complete the update.
      5. If Windows reports the best driver is already installed and the issue persists, right‑click the same device and select Uninstall device.
      6. Confirm uninstall.
      7. Restart the PC so Windows automatically reinstalls the audio driver.
    2. Try the generic Windows audio driver
      1. Open Device Manager again.
      2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
      3. Right‑click the audio device and select Update driver.
      4. Select Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
      5. Choose High Definition Audio Device (the generic driver) and select Next to install.
      6. Test the sound.
    3. Install the latest driver from the PC or audio device manufacturer
      1. Go to the PC or motherboard/headset manufacturer’s support website.
      2. Search for the exact model.
      3. Download and install the latest Windows 11 audio driver.
      4. Restart the PC and test again.
    4. If the issue started after a Windows Update, roll back the audio driver
      1. Open Device Manager.
      2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
      3. Right‑click the audio device and select Properties.
      4. On the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver (if available) and follow the instructions.
      5. Test the audio.
    5. If none of the above helps
      • Run the full audio troubleshooter and remaining steps in Fix sound or audio problems in Windows (for example, trying different audio formats and restarting Windows Audio services).
      • If the problem affects all devices (speakers, headphones, Bluetooth) and persists across driver changes, the root cause may be hardware (for example, motherboard/audio chipset). In that case, a hardware inspection or repair is likely required.
