Please assist me with changing the email address linked to my exam booking. For changes to the email address associated with a scheduled Microsoft certification exam, support must be handled by the exam delivery/provider support team, not through self-service.

Use the official certification/exam support channel to request the update to the booking details, including the correct email address and your order number. Provide the information already listed (full name, exam name/code, incorrect and correct email, and payment reference/order number) in the support request so the team can locate and update the registration.

For Microsoft certification exams delivered by Pearson VUE, contact Pearson VUE support using the official Microsoft exam support page and work with them to correct the email on the existing booking.
