In addition to the request from DaveM121 be sure to include the present Version Numbers of both Office & the Operating System you're using. Providing complete & accurate can provide much more timely resolution to whatever the problem happens to be.

To talk to a human support agent for Microsoft 365/Outlook.com or other Microsoft services, use one of these options:

    1. Outlook.com (email issues)
      1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
      2. Select Help on the menu bar.
      3. Type a brief description of the problem.
      4. If the self-help suggestions do not solve it, scroll down to Still need help? and select Yes.
      5. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser (or similar) to start a live chat.
    2. If you cannot sign in to Outlook.com
      1. Use this link for Outlook.com sign-in support: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2194326
      2. Follow the prompts to get help with account access.
    3. For other Microsoft account, billing, or product issues
      1. Visit Account & Billing Help: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2189071
      2. Or go to Contact Microsoft Support: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2189072, enter the problem, select Get Help, then choose Contact Support to reach an agent.
    4. Phone support (customer service numbers)
      1. Go to the Microsoft customer service phone numbers page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
      2. Select the country/region to find the appropriate number and call to speak with someone.

If the issue is specifically with OneDrive, admins can also use the Help & Support options in the OneDrive or Microsoft 365 admin portals as described in the OneDrive admin help.
