    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

Reversing a charge cannot be done directly here, but the charge can be investigated and a refund requested through Microsoft’s billing tools and support.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Investigate the $139.09 charge
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and select Investigate for the relevant payment method and date range: Manage your payments.
      • This will help identify which subscription or purchase generated the $139.09 charge and whether recurring billing is enabled.
      • For detailed guidance, see How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft.
    2. Check subscriptions and billing status
      • Sign in to the Subscriptions page to see active Microsoft 365 or other subscriptions and confirm which one matches the $139.09 amount and billing date: Subscriptions.
      • If the subscription was already cancelled, verify the end date. If cancellation was too close to the billing date (less than 2 days before), a final charge may still have been processed.
    3. Request a refund / reverse the charge
      • Once the specific order or subscription is identified, follow the refund guidance in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription (linked from the context articles) or use the Investigate flow to see refund options.
      • If the charge is not recognized or appears incorrect, use the Investigate tool and then contact Microsoft Support from there to request a reversal in line with Microsoft’s refund policies.
    4. If the charge cannot be located or looks fraudulent
      • If the charge does not appear under any Microsoft account that might be associated with the card, or appears tied to an unknown account, contact the bank or card issuer to dispute the transaction and request a chargeback.
      • Ask the bank to block further Microsoft charges on the old card and confirm that the card ending in 6691 is fully closed.
    5. Ensure future charges use the correct card
      • After resolving the disputed charge, verify payment methods on the Microsoft account and remove any cards that should no longer be billed.
