This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that second payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that second payment was for and get a refund.

Double charges like this are usually caused by either a repeated billing attempt, a second subscription, or another account using the same payment method.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Check if there are actually two Microsoft charges for the same product:
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
      • Go to the order history at account.microsoft.com/billing.
      • Look for two charges of KSH 1299 with status Completed or Redeemed and close timestamps.
    2. Investigate which account or service was billed:
      • Go to Manage your payments and select Investigate next to the card or payment method that was charged. This helps identify if another Microsoft account (for example, a family member) used the same card.
      • Use the guidance in How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft to check if:
        • A Microsoft 365 subscription with recurring billing was charged.
        • A previously declined charge was retried.
        • Another purchase (app, game, in-app purchase) was made.
    3. If two completed charges exist for the same order (true duplicate charge):
      • Have the Microsoft account email and order numbers ready.
      • Contact Microsoft Store or billing support and explain that there are two charges of KSH 1299 within 30 minutes for the same service and request a refund of the duplicate.
    4. If the second charge is a separate subscription or forgotten renewal:
      • Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.
      • Locate the extra subscription and select ManageCancel.
      • Follow the steps in How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription to see if the subscription is eligible for a refund.
    5. If the second charge does not appear on any Microsoft account:
      • Treat it as a potentially unauthorized or fraudulent charge.
      • Contact the bank or card provider to dispute the transaction (chargeback) and consider blocking the card and requesting a new one.
