I wish to talk with someone in Microsoft Australia regarding double billing shown in my bank account.

If the subscription is via Microsoft, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If it is via Apple App Store, billing matters need to go through Apple support.

1. Call Microsoft Store Sales Support (Australia):
   • Country/region code: +61

2. If online assistance is preferred instead of phone:
   • Go to the Microsoft Store support page for purchases and use the chat option described there: Help with Microsoft Store purchases.
3. Before calling or chatting, have ready:
   • Microsoft account sign-in email (no password sharing)
   • Recent bank statement details showing the double billing
   • Any order numbers from the Microsoft account order history
