    Hello Muhammad Nawaz,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we proceed further, may I know if you have the connection issue with other Microsoft apps and services as well?

Additionally, may I have a photo of the order history of Minecraft so I can check for you? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting.

    I'm waiting for your reply.

The message usually appears when the launcher cannot verify the game license online.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Check the internet connection
      • On Windows 11, select the network icon on the taskbar and confirm the device is connected to Wi‑Fi or Ethernet.
      • If using Wi‑Fi and the signal is weak, move closer to the router or temporarily connect with an Ethernet cable.
      • Test the connection on another device on the same network. If that device also has issues, restart the router or contact the internet provider.
    2. Verify the PC can actually use the connection
      • Open a browser and confirm normal web pages load.
      • If other apps say there is “no internet” or downloads do not start, temporarily disable or uninstall any third‑party antivirus or VPN and test again, as these can block connections.
    3. Sign out and back into the correct Microsoft account
      • Open the Minecraft launcher.
      • Sign out of the current account.
      • Sign back in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase Minecraft.
      • If the wrong account is signed in (one that never bought Minecraft), the launcher will say the game must be bought.
    4. Check for account or launcher refresh issues
      • Close the launcher completely and reopen it.
      • If Minecraft was previously working and now suddenly says it is not owned, start the official Minecraft launcher directly (not a third‑party client) and sign in there. This can refresh the license status for the account.
    5. If the game was never purchased on this account
      • A valid purchase is required to play on official servers and services. If the account has never bought Minecraft, it must be purchased from the official store or accessed via a valid subscription that includes Minecraft.

If the problem persists after confirming the correct account and a working internet connection, contact Minecraft/Microsoft account support with the purchase account details so they can check the license on the account.
