To check invoices and payment information for your Business account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign in to admin.microsoft.com using your Global Admin account.
Step 2: Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
Step 3: Open the Invoices section.
Here, you will be able to view your invoices and payment details.
If you would like to request a refund, you will need to contact the Billing Team. This is the only team that has the necessary tools to assist you with billing and refund-related issues.
