    Hi,

Instead of Quick Repair, I suggest using Online Repair to make sure everything gets fixed:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Microsoft 365/Office > Right-click > Change, then run Online Repair.

If you can open other Office apps like Word, go to File > Account.

Sign out of your Microsoft account.

Restart your computer, then sign back in.

If the issue persists, go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Can you confirm if your license or subscription appears there and is listed as Active?

Since Excel and Microsoft 365 are already installed but Excel shows an error and keeps asking to repair, perform a full Online Repair of Office instead of using the in‑app “Repair now” prompt.

Follow these steps on Windows 10/11:

    1. Close all Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
    2. Right‑click the Start button.
    3. On Windows 11 select Installed apps; on Windows 10 select Apps and Features.
    4. Find Microsoft 365 (or Office) in the list.
    5. Select it, then choose Modify (or click the three dots and then Modify).
    6. When asked how to repair Office:
      • Choose Online Repair > Repair to fully reinstall and fix corrupted components.
      • Confirm and let the repair complete; it can take some time—do not cancel it.
    7. Restart the computer after the repair finishes.
    8. Open Excel again and test opening a workbook.

If the issue persists after a full Online Repair, repeat the steps to run another repair, or consider a full uninstall and reinstall of Office as a next step.
