Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the subscription lsited there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you find the subscription, you can cancel the subscription using the steps on this link, and also disable the recurring billing on the subscription.

To request a refund for a Microsoft 365 subscription that just renewed, cancel the subscription first and then check refund eligibility.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was charged.
    2. Under Services & subscriptions, find the Microsoft 365 subscription that was billed over 100 dollars and select Manage.
      • If only Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and will not charge again.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown), then follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.
    4. Refund eligibility:
      • For Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium purchased from Microsoft, refund eligibility is determined after cancellation.
      • If the subscription was purchased in Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Israel, Korea, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, or Turkey, there may be entitlement to a prorated refund depending on subscription length and renewal status. Learn more.
    5. If the subscription was purchased through a third party (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer), Microsoft cannot process the refund. In that case, contact the retailer’s customer support directly to cancel and request a refund. For Play Store purchases, go to Learn about Google Play refund policies. For Apple App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple support.
    6. After a refund is issued, the status can be checked on the Microsoft account Order history page. If a refund entry appears, but the money is not yet back on the payment method, allow a few days for the bank to process it.

If a charge appears after cancellation, it may be because cancellation occurred less than two days before the billing date or under a different Microsoft account. In that case, check the subscription end date at https://account.microsoft.com/services and verify the correct account is being used.
