word has a problem

my word has run into a problem its saying that its run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly.can you help me ?

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type "winword.exe /safe"

Press Enter.

Does it open correctly?

1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
2. Go to Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features on Windows 10).
3. Locate Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office in the list.
4. Select the three dots (...) next to it and choose Modify (or select the app and click Modify).
5. If prompted by User Account Control, select Yes.
6. Select Online repair and let it complete.

Use an Office repair to fix this error.

1. Close all Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
2. Open Windows Settings.
3. Go to System (or Apps) → Apps → Installed apps.
4. Find the Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Apps entry.
5. Select it, choose Modify.
6. Select Online Repair, then click Repair and let it complete.
7. When the repair finishes, restart the PC and open Word again.

If the error still appears after an Online Repair, completely uninstall Office from Apps → Installed apps, restart the PC, then reinstall Office from the Microsoft account portal.
