AVD recertify question choices wrong

Question

Doesn't seem to be any way to send info to MS, so posting here and maybe an MS rep will see it.
Just sat the re-certification for Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty and the question wanted two answers but only showed single select radio button

Use the certification support option and open a ticket describing:

• The certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (renewal assessment)
• Approximate date/time of the attempt
• That a “select two” question was rendered as single‑select radio buttons
• A screenshot, if available (without exposing any personally identifiable information)

The certification team uses these support requests as the path to correct faulty items and address candidate-impacting issues.
