I would like to ask how do i get the certificate since i wrote on 29/05/2026, i Havin receive any communication on how to get my certificate

To get a Microsoft Certification certificate after passing an exam (for example, an Azure exam like AZ-900), use these steps:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to register and take the exam.
2. Open the Certification Dashboard (from any exam or certification page, or via the dashboard link mentioned in the documentation).
3. In the dashboard, go to the Certificates or Certifications section and select View Certificates.
4. Select the certification earned and use the Download option to get the PDF certificate, or download a .zip if selecting multiple certificates.

If the certificate is not visible even though the exam was passed:

1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used (many people have multiple accounts). Try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used when registering for the exam.
2. Check that all required exams for that certification are passed; if the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate is only issued after the final required exam is passed.
3. If the certification or exam still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the documentation for missing certifications.

Note that it can take up to 24 hours after the exam result posts for the certification to appear in the Learn profile.
