    Hello,

If your earbuds appear in the Bluetooth list but cannot connect, this is often caused by a compatibility issue with the Bluetooth profiles required by Windows.

First, please check whether the earbuds can connect normally on another PC.

If they work on another PC, the Bluetooth driver on your current PC may be the cause. In that case, please download and install the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer manufacturer's website.

Also, if the PC’s UEFI/BIOS (firmware) is outdated, compatibility issues with the Bluetooth adapter or ACPI (power management) may cause unstable connections. If your PC manufacturer provides a newer UEFI/BIOS version, updating it may help.

    Please note:

On some PCs, updating the UEFI/BIOS may reset the TPM, which will require you to set up your Windows Hello PIN again.

If BitLocker is enabled, you may also be asked for the recovery key.

If possible, please check the exact model name printed on the device or the package.

If the product name is listed as “OnePlus AirPod”, please be aware that OnePlus does not manufacture any product under this name. Devices using this name may have limited Bluetooth compatibility with Windows.

Try these steps on the Windows 11 PC to fix the Bluetooth pairing issue with the OnePlus earbuds:

    1. Confirm Bluetooth is on and PC is discoverable
      • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is turned On.
      • Ensure the PC shows as discoverable (for example, “Discoverable as <computer_name>”).
    2. Put the OnePlus earbuds in pairing mode
      • Place the earbuds in the case, open the lid, then press and hold the button on the case until the LED flashes (pairing mode).
      • Keep the case open and close to the PC while pairing.
    3. Remove and re-add the earbuds
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • If the OnePlus earbuds already appear in the list, select More options (… ) > Remove device.
      • Select Add device, choose Bluetooth, then select the earbuds when they appear and complete pairing.
    4. Restart Bluetooth and try again
      • In Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn Bluetooth Off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it On again.
      • Try pairing the earbuds again.
    5. Check the earbuds’ battery and distance
      • Fully charge the earbuds and case.
      • Turn them off and back on, then put them in pairing mode.
      • Keep them close to the PC (no other strong Bluetooth/USB 3.0 devices right next to them).
    6. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter (Windows 11)
    7. Update Bluetooth drivers (if still not connecting)
      • In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth, right-click the Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Restart the PC after any update, then try pairing again.

If the earbuds still won’t connect but work with a phone, check the OnePlus/manual instructions for any PC-specific pairing notes and ensure the earbuds are not actively connected to another device while trying to pair with the PC.
