Had you recently powered off the computer?
Or was there an unexpected shutdown and restart?
So far there were no reports seen within all of the files collected about a device attached to the system.
This may or may not be fixed as you progress through the current troubleshooting steps.
There were some findings in the files that can be troubleshooted to tune up the computer.
Please perform the following steps in sequence:
1) Create a new restore point:

2) Turn off Windows fast startup:

3) Reset the hosts file back to default:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
4) net user /test add
5)) sfc /scannow
6) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
7) chkdsk /scan
When these have completed > right click on the top bar of the title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into this thread

wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
wmic recoveros set debuginfotype = 7
wmic recoveros get autoreboot
