Authenticator not showing on https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
Can add new method (although it was previously there) and unable to select from making it default. So leaving the page and going back in the recently added authenticator has now gone. Yet the device can be seen from Entra just not the users account. Only a couple of users both with old phones. Both issues just turned up today.
Any suggestions like completely remove and re-add all authentication methods?

    Hi Neil Orton

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'd recommend first trying to access the Security info page using an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser to rule out a browser-related issue.

If the issue persists, please follow the steps in the following article to reset your MFA methods and then re-register Microsoft Authenticator: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID

If the newly registered Authenticator still disappears from the Security info page, I'd recommend opening a support request with Microsoft for further investigation.

For instructions on raising a support ticket, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
