Issue facing while using Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 for Mac

Question

Getting message to activate Msoffice. When clicked on activate it shows An unknown error has occurred. The error code is : 0x0

After logging in to the Microsoft account as per the guided login. Showing subscription but the page reloads again and again. Also shown to your executive Shailesh on the customer care number.

Please give the solutions as my work is hampered since 2 days

To confirm the situation and suggest the troubleshooting steps in the right direction, may I confirm which macOS version are you currently running?

You can try to update to check if the issue still persists:

• File -> Options -> Update Now
• If necessary, repeat the search several times and then restart your Mac.

For immediate editing of important documents, you can temporarily use Word and Excel on the web.
