    Hi Matthew,

Good day and thank you for the clear description of your concern.

To perform these changes, you may follow the steps below:

Note: If you do not have administrative permissions, you will need to work with your organization's Billing Administrator or Global Administrator for assistance with these steps.

In case you do not know who your IT admin is, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    1/ Replace your payment method

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    • Go to Billing > Bills and payments> Payment method.
    • Select the More actions button (three dots) for the payment method you want to replace, then select Replace or add a new payment method.
    • Enter the new credit card details and complete the replacement process.

    2/ Change contact information

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    • Navigate to Billing > Billing account .
    • Select the billing account that you want to edit > Select Edit.

For reference: Change your organization's address, contact preferences, and technical contact in the Microsoft 365…

    3/ Contact Microsoft support

If you are unable to make the changes, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Billing Support through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. As billing-related matters are handled securely by the support team, they will be in the best position to review your account details and provide assistance specific to your situation.

For guidance on how to request support, please refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

Just to gently clarify, as this is a user‑to‑user support forum, moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, don’t have the ability to access or review individual billing accounts or invoice details. While I’m unable to review account-specific details directly, I’m happy to help guide you through the available steps and resources that may assist with your inquiry.

I hope the information provided helps guide you in the right direction. Please feel free to share any additional details if you need further assistance.
