I'm global administrator, and I'm unable to access Universal Print settings.

My user has Microsoft 365 Business Premium license.

    Hello @Pablo Igualada

I understand that you're a Global Administrator with a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license, but when you try to open Universal Print settings in Azure, you receive the message"Error loading your content" and cannot access the Universal Print portal.

I did find a few pieces of information that seem related to the behavior you're seeing. You may want to review them and compare them with your environment:

    • Microsoft's Universal Print troubleshooting guide mentions that administrators who access Universal Print should have an eligible license with the Universal Print service plan enabled. If the service is not available or enabled on the account, the portal may not load as expected.
    • Microsoft also recommends verifying the account's Universal Print access and role assignment when an administrator cannot access the Universal Print portal.

Along the way, I will also share a few simple steps you can try to double‑check what might be happening on your end.

1/ Verify that Universal Print is enabled in your license

    • Open the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com
    • Go to Users > Active users
    • Select your account
    • Open Licenses and apps
    • Verify that Microsoft 365 Business Premium is assigned
    • Under the list of services, check that Universal Print is enabled for your account

2/ Test using an InPrivate browser window

    • Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser session
    • Sign in with the same account
    • Access Universal Print again

This is often a useful test when the portal loads for some users but not others.

If you get stuck while trying the steps above, please share a screenshot or provide more detailed information. I will check the situation and continue to support you.

    Kind regards,
