Use this troubleshooting path first:

1. Verify that the certification is actually earned by checking the certification requirements. For Azure Solutions Architect Expert, passing AZ-305 alone is not enough; an active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is also required.
2. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile and check Credentials and Transcript from the left navigation on the profile page.
3. If multiple login accounts may have been used, try signing in with each account that may have been used for exam registration. Missing credentials are often caused by signing into a different Learn profile.
4. If more than one Learn profile exists, a profile merge may be possible by signing in to the profile to keep, then using add login account in login account management. Merging combines learning progress, credentials, and transcripts, and it cannot be undone.
5. If the certification was recently earned, allow 24–48 hours for the result and certification to appear.
6. If the credential is still missing after those checks, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance.

The AI is correct, the AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.
