Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

In addition to the AI suggestions above,

See if you are experiencing the same error when you access the Microsoft Rewards page in Private/incognito mode?

Sign in with your Microsoft account and see if you can successfully load the rewards page.

If you are still having issues, this may be a temporary backend server issue. You can try again after some time and see if it is resolved.

If you have a mobile device, you can download the Bing app and access the rewards account dashboard there.

You can also try connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot network, to see if you can access the dashboard normally. Sometimes the issue might be with the specific Wi-Fi network you are connected to.

Let me know if you still need more help.

This usually points to a Microsoft Rewards page loading or account/session issue rather than a normal Rewards behavior.

Common causes called out in Microsoft Rewards guidance:

    1. A different Microsoft account is signed in than the one tied to Rewards.
    2. Browser data is not syncing correctly with the Rewards database.
    3. A VPN or proxy is being used.
    4. Rewards activity appears to be coming from outside the current market/region.
    5. The specific reward or page may be temporarily unavailable.

    Actions to try:

    1. Sign out of the Microsoft account, then sign back in and open the Rewards dashboard again.
    2. Turn off any VPN or proxy before trying the page.
    3. Try a different browser, or clear the current browser data/cache and test again.
    4. Check that the account is being used in the correct country/region, since Rewards points and redemption are region-specific.
    5. Try the Rewards dashboard directly at Open Rewards dashboard.
    6. If the page still does not load, contact Microsoft Rewards Support through Rewards Support.

If the problem is only with a specific redemption item, that item may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock.
