    Hi @Jewel Smith

Could you let me know what happens when you try to access the payment screen?

    • Do you receive an error message? If so, what is the exact message?
    • Does the page stay blank, keep loading, or redirect somewhere else?

Based on the channel tag, it appears this is a Microsoft 365 for business subscription. If so, please make sure you're signed in with an account that has the appropriate billing permissions, such as a Billing Administrator or Global Administrator. If you still can't access the payment page, try using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window or a different browser. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Support from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Help & support) so they can investigate the billing portal. For further instructions, you can follow this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

If this is instead a Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family subscription, try signing in to your Microsoft account and accessinghttps://account.microsoft.com/services to see if you can open the payment page there. If the payment page still won't load or you can't complete the payment, you can contact Microsoft Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus > Type "Billing" and click Get Help > Click Sign in to contact Support at the bottom of the page. > Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option > Under category, select Manage my subscription > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

    I hope this helps.

To pay a Microsoft 365 business invoice when the payment screen is not accessible, use the invoice details page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with an admin account.
    2. Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
      • If using Simplified view, select Subscriptions > View invoices.
    3. Open the invoice.
    4. If the invoice has a declined payment method or an outstanding balance, select Pay your balance.
    5. Select Next.
    6. Choose one of these options:
      • try the same payment method again
      • use another existing payment method
      • add a new payment method
    7. Select Review and pay balance, then save the updated payment method information.

If the payment method on file was declined, Microsoft sends an email with a link to check the outstanding balance, and retries the charge every few days.

If the invoice still cannot be accessed, verify that the signed-in account has billing access. In Microsoft 365, only users with billing/admin access can view or download invoices.
