My account or subscription was disabled for security reasons. According to the Azure customer support and they detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled my subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. Please it's an error, how can i submit a support ticket to the security team to review the decision?

or who can i talk to?

For an Azure subscription disabled for suspicious activity or terms-of-use review, the path is to create an Azure support request for Subscription management so the security/account review team can evaluate it. Billing and subscription support is available at no cost.

Use this portal flow to avoid the support-request loop:

    1. Open the Azure support experience in the portal: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/~/overview
    2. Select Create a support request.
    3. In the search box, enter re-enable subscription and select Go.
    4. Choose Subscription management and select Next.
    5. Select the affected subscription and select Next.
    6. After the suggested solutions load, select Create a support request at the top. Do not select the suggested solution tiles.
    7. Set:
      • Problem type: Re-enable my subscription
      • Problem subtype: Could not reactivate by self-service
    8. Select Next.
    9. If more suggested solutions appear, select Return to support request in the upper-left area instead of opening those suggestions.
    10. Complete Additional details, then go to Review + create and select Create.

    Expected result:

    • An automated email should arrive within a few minutes.
    • Support typically contacts the requester within 1 business day.

If the subscription was disabled after a billing issue instead of a security review, use the banner in the Azure portal to go to Settle Balance or Invoice, depending on subscription type. If a canceled pay-as-you-go subscription needs reactivation, go to Azure portal > Subscriptions > select the canceled subscription > Reactivate.

If the subscription is reactivated, resource management can still be delayed. If that delay exceeds 30 minutes, contact Azure Billing Support. Reactivation after payment can take up to 24 hours.
