Completed Microsoft Learn modules are missing the "Module assessment passed" status

Hello,

I have completed two Microsoft Learn modules, but their achievement status is not displayed correctly in my Learn profile.

The modules are:

  • Accelerate development with GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent — completed on August 20, 2026
  • Leveling up code reviews and pull requests with GitHub Copilot — completed on August 21, 2026

I completed all required content and activities for both modules. Both modules are shown as Completed in my profile.

However, unlike other modules I have recently completed, these two modules do not show the "Module assessment passed" status.

Could someone please advise what I should do in this situation? Is there anything else I need to complete, or is this a known issue with these modules?

I can provide screenshots showing the completed modules and my profile if needed.

Thank you.

If the modules are already marked Completed but do not show Module assessment passed, the supported next steps are:

    1. Verify the completion in the correct Learn profile Make sure the same Microsoft Learn account was used to complete the modules. If multiple Learn profiles or sign-in accounts exist, the achievement or credential history can appear under a different profile.
    2. Check the Achievements and Transcript pages In the Learn profile, review:
      • Achievements in the left column for module completion badges
      • Transcript in the left column for completed training history
    3. Allow time for background sync Progress and badges can take up to 24 hours to propagate on the dashboard even when the module already shows as completed.
    4. Use standard browser refresh steps Since display and tracking issues can be profile or browser related, sign out and sign back in, and if needed clear browser cache/cookies or try a different browser/device.
    5. Report the issue from the affected module page If the status still does not appear, use the Report an issue link on the specific unit or assessment page where the problem occurs. Include:
      • which assessment is affected
      • a detailed description
      • reproduction steps
      • any error messages
      • screenshots
    6. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support if it remains unresolved For missing or incorrect Learn completion/credential history that does not resolve after the checks above, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

Based on the available information, this can be a tracking or display issue rather than additional required work, especially when the modules already show as Completed.
