Certificates

Question

I have completed some of the modules in the courses I am taking and I can't figure out how to find the certificate so I can upload it. Please help.

Microsoft Learn modules and learning paths do not provide a downloadable certificate of completion just for partial completion. What is available in the Learn profile is:

• Transcript for completed training and earned credentials
• Achievements for badges, trophies, and XP
• Credentials for certifications and Applied Skills

To find what is available:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile.
2. Select the photo avatar, then Profile.
3. Use the left menu:
   • Transcript to view, print, save as PDF, or share completed training and earned credentials
   • Credentials to view certifications and Applied Skills
   • Achievements to view badges and other Learn achievements

If the goal is to upload proof of completed learning:

• Open Transcript in the Learn profile.
• Select Print and choose Save to PDF.
• Or select Share link to generate a shareable transcript link.

If a certification certificate was earned, it can be downloaded from the Certification Dashboard by selecting View Certificates in the Certificates section.

If an expected certification or credential is missing:

1. Confirm the credential requirements were fully completed.
2. Make sure the correct Learn profile is being used.
3. If the exam was taken through Certiport, manage and share that credential through the Certiport account because those records may not yet appear in the Learn profile.
4. For additional help, use Microsoft Credentials Support.
