I have done 2 certifications one is AZ-900(Azure fundamentals) and the other is PL-400(Power Platform Developer Associate certification) which is not appearing in my credential's details. Could you please guide me to get my certifications back ASAP?

Use this checklist to recover missing certifications in Microsoft Learn:

    1. Verify the credential requirements.
      • Confirm that each certification was fully earned on the certification or exam details pages.
      • If a certification requires multiple exams, the certificate appears only after the final required exam is passed.
    2. Sign in with every Microsoft account that may have been used.
      • Missing certifications are commonly caused by signing in to the wrong Learn profile.
      • Try all possible accounts used during exam registration, including a personal Microsoft account and a work or school account.
      • If the congratulations email was received, note that it may have been sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which is not always the same as the sign-in account.
    3. Check the Certification Dashboard.
      • Open the Certification Dashboard from Microsoft Learn.
      • In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
      • In the Transcript section, select View Transcript.
      • If the certification is present there, it can be downloaded from the dashboard.
    4. For AZ-900 specifically, allow time if the exam was passed very recently.
      • Exam results can take 24–48 hours to appear on the Learn profile, especially over a weekend.
    5. For PL-400, note the current exam transition.
      • PL-400 is transitioning to AB-400.
      • This transition does not indicate that an already earned certification should disappear, but it is relevant when checking the current exam and certification records.
    6. If the certifications still do not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
      • This is the official escalation path for missing exams, certificates, transcript issues, and profile assistance.
    7. If badge visibility is the issue rather than the certificate itself:
      • Digital badges are managed through Credly.
      • If needed, create or access the Credly account using the same email address Microsoft has on file.
