Exams are not certifications. The SC-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Associate certification from this list https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cybersecurity-architect-expert/#certification-prerequisites

For the missing SC-100 certification and the missing exam vouchers, use these steps:

    1. Check the certification in the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and confirm the certification is not under a different login account.
      • If multiple accounts were used in the past, try signing in with any personal Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used when registering for the exam.
      • Also review the certification requirements to confirm the credential was earned and check the Certifications tab in the profile.
    2. If the certification is still missing, submit a Credentials Support request
      • Go to the online support request form.
      • Select:
        • Product family: Learning
        • Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials
        • Type of Support: Professional No Charge
      • Add a clear summary of the issue.
      • Include the Learn Username from Learn Settings.
      • Attach screenshots of any missing certification status, exam result, or voucher issue.
    3. For the missing Ignite voucher(s)
      • The Ignite free exam offers were limited to one free eligible certification exam per offer.
      • If there was a problem receiving or using the voucher, the documented path is to contact Microsoft Certification Support or submit a Credentials Support request.
      • If the issue involved an email mismatch between registration and claim details, include both accounts used when submitting the support request.
    4. For exam appointment or delivery issues
      • If the problem was scheduling or exam delivery through Pearson VUE, contact the exam delivery partner support listed for appointment and scheduling issues.

When submitting the support case, include:

    • the exam name (SC-100)
    • exam date if available
    • Learn Username
    • screenshots
    • details about the missing voucher(s)
    • any different accounts used for registration, Learn profile, or voucher claim
