Multiple Microsoft Accounts Using Same Email - Can't Access MS Teams Essentials Account

I have Multiple Microsoft Accounts Using Same Email. I have full access to my primary account purchased through GoDaddy where I have all my Office365 apps, etc. To make sure I did not force a change to my Outlook version and it's memory capacity, I had to buy a separate subscription to an MS Teams Essentials. Unfortunately, it uses my same email and any time I try to login to Teams it seems to associate it with my GoDaddy 365 account rather than the separate subscription I purchased directly from Microsoft. How to do I login in to my teams app using the correct subscription?

    Dear Michael,

This is likely happening because the same email address is associated with two separate Microsoft 365 identities or tenants. Teams is routing the address to the existing GoDaddy Microsoft 365 tenant rather than the tenant where Teams Essentials was purchased. The same custom-domain address generally cannot function as the sign-in name in two different Microsoft 365 tenants. As a forum moderator, I am not able to access your account or delve into the backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. My role here is limited to providing general guidance and solutions for users to implement themselves.

First, search your email for Microsoft's welcome or purchase confirmation message for Teams Essentials. It usually shows a sign-in name ending in .onmicrosoft.com. Then open an InPrivate browser window and try that account at Teams on the web. In Teams:

    1. Select your profile picture.
    2. Select Add another account.
    3. Enter the Teams Essentials tenant’s actual username, possibly the .onmicrosoft.com address.
    4. Switch between the accounts from the profile menu.

To confirm the licence is assigned, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with that username. Check Billing > Your products for Teams Essentials, then check Users > Active users to see which user has the licence.

If you can't find the .onmicrosoft.com username, please contact Microsoft Billing Support. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number from your region: Contact Microsoft customer support | Microsoft Support

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
