I´m able to create Custom Summary templates on MS teams. I can preview the results. I save and apply and when I try to execute i get this: We couldn't load custom AI summary. Something went wrong. Try again. If I edit my Custom Summary template, I do not see anything under: Describe your summary format. It seems MS Teams is not saving the prompt. Could you please help?

“We couldn't load the custom AI summary. Something went wrong. Please try again.”
In this case, please check and try the following steps:

If the two steps above do not resolve the issue, I recommend contacting Microsoft Technical Support so that they can investigate the issue further.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I checked and the issue does not continue to occur when you use Teams on the web. Should I try to clear cache now? Will I lose all my chats if I do that?

If the issue only occurs in the Teams desktop application and does not occur on the web version, I recommend clearing the Teams app cache. The issue may be related to synchronization problems, outdated data stored in the cache, or settings within the application.
Clearing the cache will not cause you to lose your information or conversations.
Additionally, if clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, I recommend uninstalling Teams, then downloading and reinstalling the application to refresh it.
