I can't work with azure-kinect-dk at first try!

I have just bought the azure Kinect for my master thesis and I have been trying just to make it work. I tested it on three laptops, but none of them worked. Based on the "set up hardware" section of the below webpage, the front-facing LED of the camera should be turned off after a few seconds. However, it does not happen, so the camera can not be used. The back and front LED are solid white.

I can not update the firmware of the camera. Moreover, the Azure Kinect Viewer can not recognize the camera. I do not know what to do now. I have searched a lot, but I could not find any solution to this problem. I would appreciate it if you could help me.
