Hi there we just recently purchased the latest update and when I went to load it it made me sign in under a different account through microsoft so we now have 2 new account on here and nothing updated per our original account. Which I am emailing from now.
Our account is under: richdislib@Stuff .com
The others created were: richfieldlibrary@Richfieldlibrary.onmicrosoft.com and richfieldlibrary@richfielddistrictlibrary.onmicrosoft.com I believe I am not sure the second one is correct if it isn't then it would probably be richfielddistrctlibrary@richfieldlibrary.onmicrosoft.com still not totally sure.
Thank you for any help you can give me. I want to delete the new ones made and update the original account.
