If you want to troubleshoot the failure to manually upgrade to Windows 11 then perform the following steps:
1) Run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

2) Run setupdiag > zip all generated files > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

3) List any of these installed or recently uninstalled non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption
