Problem with a server

Question

There is something strange in one of our server (Windows Server 2019). It don't accept administrator's password any more. Besides the is a account Guest in the logging in windows. And third, when I open Settings and User account, the program is closed immediately.

Is the any other solution than to re.install Windows?

Some things to try;

• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
• sfc /scannow
• a repair install by running setup.exe from the root of install media

Unfortunately those two commands need administrator's privilege and I don't have the password.

Where would it be the best place to download Windows Server?

Hi Patrick

Strange that I can't see the mail came from either here or in Outlook, but I saw it in my mobile phone. I have flue and I can't sit long with any computer.
