Problem with a server

There is something strange in one of our server (Windows Server 2019). It don't accept administrator's password any more. Besides the is a account Guest in the logging in windows. And third, when I open Settings and User account, the program is closed immediately.

Is the any other solution than to re.install Windows?

    Hi again

    On weekend I had time to reinstall Windows Server. Bu something strange happened. When the installation finished, on the screen there was only the command prompt window. I wonder if there's something wrong in the installation stick.

    Sounds like you may have installed core mode. I'd try again but choose one of the Desktop Experience options.

    I loaded that Standard version. But I think I'll make again that stick in the beginning. I'll tell you when I've tried again.
