Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
According to your description, it look like your admin do more restrictions in your Teams account. So we also recommend you contact with your IT admin to troubleshoot it.

I have asked my admin to check whether there is any restrictions with my Team account, but there isn't any.
I can use it before, but recently this problem appears.Please check it for me, thanks.

Please make sure you Conditional access policy is configured in your tenant. The user's account needs to be excluded from the restricted list/group in Azure Admin Portal in Office 365 admin portal.

- check the latest update of your Apple or android OS
- under SharePoint Admin Center go to Policies, under that select access control on your right side select Unmanaged devices and check the first option is enabled if not do enable them to have this error get fixed.
